Stone Rock Coarse Crusher Jaw Crusher Starting Instructions:
1. Preparation Work Before Starting Stone Jaw Crusher
(1) Double check that the bearings are well lubricated and that there is sufficient grease at the joints of the brackets inside the bearings
(2) Double check that all fasteners are fully tightened
(3) Make sure the protective device is in good condition, if any potential problem found, remove it immediately
(4) Double check if there is any ore or other things in the crushing chamber, if yes, eliminate it immediately
2. Starting of Stone Rock Jaw Crusher Machine
(1) Only after inspection and confirmation that the jaw crusher and transmission parts are in normal condition can they be started
(2) This stone jaw crusher can only be started without load
(3) After starting, if abnormal conditions are found, stop immediately and wait until the cause is removed to remove the hidden danger before starting again
